1. Viewing of goods is on premises of Victor Diamonds b.v.b.a. and solely after appointment. Please contact Victor Diamonds for appointments.
2. Only winning bids will be announced. Victor Diamonds reserves the right to accept or refuse any or all biddings.
3. In the event of a tie, the goods will be awarded to the company who has more winning bids in total amount. If not resolved; by drawing lots or under mutual consent.
4. Bids must be submitted before deadline, which will be announced by Victor Diamonds. All bids must be submitted via our website: www.victordiamonds.com
5. All bids are in U.S. Dollars per carat and per individual item.
6. All Bids submitted via our online platform are final and non-negotiable.
7. Winning bidders will be notified by e-mail.
8. Winning bids must be paid in full on the account of Victor Diamonds within 4 working days after notification of winner. Only after payment in full shall the goods become property of winning bidder. All sales are final and no returns are accepted after delivery under any circumstances.
9. Failure of payment within this period gives Victor Diamonds the right to award goods to a third party. However, this does not exclude the possibility of legal action against the defaulting bidder.
10. Goods are sold and delivered at our premises in Antwerp.
11. The bidder is responsible for all expenses related to export: customs, transport, insurance, handling, bank charges, etc.
12. All disputes are governed by the Belgian legislation and solely under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
